New Patients

Your First Appointment:

We first begin with a detailed history and examination to determine the best execution of diagnostic testing and treatment. This allows us to create a clear path we need to take to uncover & heal the root of your symptoms.

Please allow 60-90 minutes for your first appointment.

Pricing:

At Whole Health & Wellness we help our clients get better results faster. This can only be done with specific testing and protocols that are not hindered by insurance limitations. Therefore our office is out of network with the insurance companies. All services are paid for at the time provided.  We are happy to provide invoices for you to submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursement if your plan covers these out of network services.

The first visit is $350 and will cover history, consultation and examination. For chiropractic and allergy patients, first treatment is usually included. Follow up visits are usually $90 but may vary depending on what treatments are needed during that visit.

We limit the number of new patients we take on to ensure that we are able to provide quality care to all of our patient. For this reason, we do require a $175 deposit to hold the new patient appointment slot to ensure that we are able to help as many people as possible. The deposit is refundable (minus a small fee to cover our credit card processing expense) as long as the appointment is canceled at least a week in advance.
